Help Wanted / Route Operations Coordinator
Aqua Filter Fresh Inc. / Tyler Mountain Water is looking for a self-starting individual to work in our Route Operations Department.
Assist with supervisory responsibility for route representatives, including on route training of new and existing employees.
Operate open routes due to vacations, illness or any deemed emergencies or situations that should arise.
Troubleshoots and resolves safety, service and other operational issues in collaboration with sales, service, and administrative staff to enhance customer service.
Resolve route service issues for clients including site visits to evaluate issues.
Assist with all business records, documentation and administrative standards to include personnel, delivery, and DOT requirements.
Perform miscellaneous assigned duties and work the hours/days necessary to complete requirements.
Requirements:
Basic computer / data entry skills and math abilities. Have or the ability to quickly secure and maintain CDL class B license with airbrake and related health card.
Clean MVR report.
